How does booking work?

Browse a tour, day trip, or activity and send a booking inquiry — it's free and there's no payment at that stage. A real person from our team replies (usually within a few hours) to confirm availability, answer questions, and agree the details. Only once everything is confirmed do you pay, directly with the operator on the day or via a method we'll arrange with you.

Do I pay when I submit an inquiry?

No. Sending an inquiry costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It simply starts a conversation so we can tailor the trip and confirm the details before anything is charged.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms depend on the specific tour or partner, and we'll always tell you the terms in writing before you confirm. As a rule, most of our tours can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48–72 hours before the start. For custom, multi-day, or peak-season trips, terms may differ — just ask.

What currency are prices in, and how do I pay?

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) as a guide. Payment is often made in Moroccan dirham (MAD) or by card/transfer depending on the operator — we'll confirm the exact amount and accepted methods with you before you commit.

What group sizes do you cater for?

Everything from solo travellers and couples to families and larger private groups. Many tours can be run privately for just your party, or shared to keep costs down. Tell us your group size and we'll recommend the best option.

How does pickup and drop-off work?

Most tours and day trips include hotel or riad pickup and drop-off within Marrakech. We'll confirm the pickup time and point when we finalise your booking. If you're staying outside the city, let us know and we'll arrange the logistics.

What should I bring?

It depends on the trip, but generally: comfortable shoes, sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen), water, a light layer for cooler evenings — especially in the desert and mountains — and some cash for extras. For multi-day desert tours we'll send a short packing list once you book.

Yes. Marrakech is a popular, welcoming destination and our partners are experienced, licensed local operators we know personally. Guides prioritise your comfort and safety, vehicles are maintained, and we're always reachable by WhatsApp or email if you need anything during your trip.
